Good morning! We are on the second day of school, but I have to tell you that our first day was one of the best I've had in my career. I'm so looking forward to this year with your kids. I think it's going to be a lot of fun. I hope you found the paperwork I sent home yesterday. Please send in the yellow field trip form ASAP. You can send in the picture form whenever you like, but picture day isn't until September 13. I'd like book order forms returned to me by September 15th, but you can also order online, if you'd like. You can use the code HDGZT when ordering so that the order connects with my classroom. I do have a newsletter with all of these important dates, but I forgot to send it home. Happy Sunday! I went into school today to put the finishing touches on my classroom. As I made my final preparations and left my room, I was thinking about this school year. I want you all to know that I am so excited to have your children this year, and I look forward to partnering with you as we strive to make this year the best yet. I pray I am able to meet your child's needs this year and help them reach new heights. Together, we can accomplish a great deal, and I'm excited to see where we all are at the end of this year. Greetings! It was good to see so many of you at Open House last night! I enjoyed meeting you and your child, and I'm so excited for next Monday. If you didn't send in supplies or the Student Interest Inventory, then please send them in on Monday. You can also send in the Technology Acceptable Use policy. If you were not at Open House, then I will send these forms home on Monday. Please return them ASAP. All papers will come home in your child's take-home folder. I will send home some other important papers on Monday. You will find a field trip form, which will cover any trips we take this year, and a picture order form.
